Supporting facilities will include site development, utilities, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping, and signage. HVAC will be provided by self-contained systems for living units and a central system for common areas. The design must meet DoD Minimum Antiterrorism standards, incorporate comprehensive interior design, ensure accessibility, integrate Cyber Security Measures, and include Sustainability/Energy measures for a minimum 40-year life (UFC 1-200-02). The scope also includes the demolition of two existing buildings totaling 6,389 SF. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) will be required.
