Quick Summary

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, has issued a Pre-solicitation Notice of its intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Ultra Advanced Tactical Systems for a one-year subscription license to their Virtual Air Defense Systems Integrator (V-ADSI) software. The estimated value is $21,750. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit capability statements by April 29, 2026.

Scope of Requirement

The V-ADSI software is a critical, standalone tactical data system designed to integrate and visualize air defense data, ensuring operational continuity. Key requirements include:

  • Interoperability with over 300 tactical data link and radar protocols (e.g., Link 16, JREAP) used by U.S., NATO, and allied forces.
  • Advanced gateway and multi-link forwarding functions.
  • Ability to create a Common Operating Picture (COP) from disparate military sensor feeds.
  • Rapid deployment on standard government-furnished laptops and tablets.
