The contractor will provide non-personnel services to conduct ISO 14001:2015 re-registration and surveillance audits. This includes:

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • CMMC Level 2 (Self): Required for all contractor information systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) prior to award.
  • Certification Body (CB) Accreditation: Must possess current ISO 14001 accreditation.
  • Experience: 10 years in the defense industry, with experience auditing complex industrial manufacturing/repair facilities within the defense sector, and knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Auditor Qualifications: Lead auditors require a minimum of four years of experience. All auditors must have completed 15 hours of continuing education and performed four full EMS audits within the last three years.
  • Security: Contractor personnel require background checks and approval for access to Tobyhanna Army Depot, including AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC Level I training.
  • Key Personnel: An experienced ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor is considered key personnel.
  • Reporting: Contractor manpower reporting is required via the Army data collection site.
