Key Requirements & Qualifications
Offerors must be an accredited certification body to ISO 17021 by an International Accreditation Forum (IAF) member, with a scope including ISO 14001. Required experience includes 10 years in the defense industry and auditing complex industrial manufacturing/repair facilities. An experienced ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor is considered key personnel. CMMC Level 2 (Self) is mandatory prior to award for contractor information systems handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Personnel accessing TYAD require background checks and specific training (AT Level I, iWATCH, OPSEC).
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals, including a signed SF 1449, pricing, ISO 17021 accreditation certificate, and auditor qualifications, must be emailed to marissa.c.brodi.civ@army.mil.
