Purpose: To provide an overview of the draft solicitation (Sections L & M, SOW) and allow vendors to provide comments and inputs.
Format: Open forum; no one-on-one sessions.
Attendance: Limited to five US Citizen representatives per vendor. Interested vendors must submit Attachment 1 (Conference Attendance Sheet) by April 21, 2026.
Restrictions: No recording devices; personal electronic devices must be left in vehicles. Official ID, writing utensils, and note-taking materials required.
