The program seeks to develop PrSM Inc 4 capabilities including 1000km+ range, HIMARS compatibility, and effectiveness against moving maritime and relocatable land targets. The acquisition strategy involves a multi-phase lifecycle utilizing Other Transactions (OT) for research and prototyping, with an intent for seamless transition to production.

- Registration: Mandatory registration by March 13, 2026. Requires active DoD Security Clearances and a one-page description of the company's anticipated prototype solution and its maturity.
- Security: Visit requests via DISS are due by March 13, 2026, 1600, using SMO Code W1DFAATDD. Electronic devices are restricted during classified briefings. Valid identification is required for vehicle access.
Programmatic Information

- MOSA Requirement: Mandates a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) with non-proprietary, consensus-based standards and Government Purpose Rights (GPR) for technical data.
