NARA seeks an efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality ticketing system to enhance the visitor experience. The system must support various functionalities, including event scheduling, group reservations, donation collection, timed ticketing, and diverse payment methods (EMV compliant). Data migration of two years of legacy ticketing data is also required.
