The USCB is seeking information on sources for 8,400,000 sheets of PSEMPV-BLANK Pressure Seal Paper.
- Specifications: 8 ½" x 11" / "V" fold Pressure Seal, sub 28lbs White Pressure Duplex, Seal Mocr, Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perfs, with NO Block out and adhesive pattern.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are required in three segments:
- May 1, 2026: 1,400 cartons (2.8 million sheets)
- July 1, 2026: 1,400 cartons (2.8 million sheets)
- September 1, 2026: 1,400 cartons (2.8 million sheets)
Market Research Questions

- Production & Inventory Capabilities: Annual production volumes, current utilization, stock availability, lead times, inventory management for high-volume customers, and average on-time delivery rate for the last 12 months.
- Similar Projects: Descriptions of two similar high-volume paper delivery projects completed in the past three years, including client type and success metrics.
