Requirements & Deliverables
The USCB requires 8,400,000 sheets of PSEMPV-BLANK Pressure Seal Paper.
- Description: 8 ½" x 11" "V" fold Pressure Seal, sub 28lbs White Pressure Duplex, Seal Mocr, Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perfs, with NO Block out and adhesive pattern.
- Delivery: Three segmented deliveries, each consisting of 1,400 cartons (2.8 million sheets), on the following dates:
- May 1, 2026
- July 1, 2026
- September 1, 2026
Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses (NAICS 322220) must provide:
- Company Information: Name, Address, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), business size by NAICS 322220, Point of Contact (Name, Phone, Email), and Web Page URL.
- Production & Inventory Capabilities: Annual production volumes, capacity for PSP, stock availability, lead times, inventory management for high-volume customers, and average on-time delivery rate (last 12 months).
- Past Performance: Descriptions of two similar high-volume paper delivery projects completed in the past three years, including client type and success metrics.
