Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a total of 8,400,000 sheets of 8 ½" x 11" / "V" fold Pressure Seal Paper. Key specifications include:
- Sub 28lbs White Pressure Duplex, Seal Mocr.
- Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perfs.
- No block out and with an adhesive pattern. Deliveries will be segmented into three orders of 2.8 million sheets each, scheduled for May 1, 2026, July 1, 2026, and September 1, 2026. Each delivery will consist of 2,000 sheets x 4,200 cartons. The place of performance is Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
- Period of Performance: Deliveries are strictly scheduled for May 1, 2026; July 1, 2026; and September 1, 2026.
- Set-Aside: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Submissions from other than small business concerns will not be accepted. The procurement is against a contract held by a NASA SEWP V small business contract holder.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submission Deadline: Quotes must be submitted electronically via SEWP's quote portal no later than Friday, April 24, 2026, 5:00 PM EST.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quotes must conform to all solicitation provisions, meet all technical requirements specified in Section 5, and be prepared in accordance with the specified section. Quotes with exceptions will not be accepted. Price reasonableness will be assessed on the total evaluated price.
