Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish and deliver all necessary equipment, components, software, and materials for a Dynamic Waterjet Cutting Head Upgrade. Key deliverables include:
- Dynamic Waterjet Cutting Head Assembly (CLIN 0001): A fully articulating cutting head with active taper control and beveled edge cutting capabilities, rated for a minimum of 60,000 PSI. It must be compatible with M200-series waterjet systems and include all mechanical components, spray/splash containment, and mounting hardware.
- Control and Programming Software Suite (CLIN 0002): An integrated CAD/CAM software suite for 2D/3D cutting paths, supporting the dynamic head's functionality with automatic tool path calculation for taper compensation and bevel cutting. A perpetual, non-expiring license for one user station is required.
- Installation and Training (CLIN 0003): Complete on-site installation and commissioning of hardware and software, ensuring the system is fully operational. Comprehensive on-site training for operators and maintenance personnel, including a minimum of four days of software training.
All components must be brand new, CE compliant, and come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Two sets of operation and maintenance manuals in English and German are required.
