Evaluation & Requirements
Award will be based on the Offeror's ability to provide newly manufactured commercial items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a NAVSUP WSS approved source or authorized distributor. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP WSS) is the design control activity and has sole authority for approving sources (e.g., Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc., and Aviatrix, Inc. as an authorized distributor of Rockmart). No alternate parts or deviations will be considered. Parts must be FAA approved, airworthy, and include a certificate of airworthiness (FAA 8130 or EASA equivalent) and a Certificate of Conformance (COC) with traceability to the OEM. The USCG does not possess technical data for full and open competition.
