• Contract Classification: The anticipated facility clearance level is Top Secret, with a draft DD Form 254 to be provided with the solicitation.
• Performance Locations: Development may occur in government or contractor facilities. Specific government performance locations will be detailed in the draft PWS and DD Form 254. On-site contractor support is required at select AOC locations.
• Cloud & Edge Environments: Operational capabilities will exist in IL6 or higher (cloud) and Secret or higher (edge). Continuity of Operations (COOP) will be prioritized for both cloud and edge solutions, especially in disconnected states.
• Open Architecture: The program office will align with PAE C3BM architectural decisions. The AOC WS is a system of systems, and the contractor will integrate modernized capabilities under an engineering change management process.
• Software Preference: The Government prefers commercial software when it meets agency needs, but the AOC WS includes both commercial and non-commercial components.
