  • Outcome 3: Organizational Adoption and Change Management (a framework or set of tools to improve technology adoption and foster experimentation).

• A Technology Evaluation Toolkit

• A DHMSM-Tailored Agile Delivery Framework

• Period of Performance: Not to exceed six (6) months.
