Scope of Work

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on a Competitive Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) methodology. Past Performance is approximately equal to Price and significantly more important than Technical Acceptability. Only offerors with an "Acceptable" technical rating will proceed to Past Performance and Price evaluation. The Government may conduct interchanges and reserves the right to award without discussions.
Submission Requirements
Quotations must consist of three volumes: Technical, Past Performance, and Price, with specific page limits and content requirements. Offerors must submit a signed Request for Quote and any amendments. SAM.gov registration is required for award eligibility. The Past Performance Summary Sheet (Attachment 6) must be used.
