Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive husbanding agent services, including but not limited to:
- Port Services: Pilotage, compulsory tug services, guaranteed pier space (ISPS certified, specific dimensions), line handlers, customs and immigration support.
- Logistical Support: Potable water delivery, bilge water and oil residue removal, sewage (black/grey water) offload, garbage services, airport crew pick-ups/drop-offs, linen services, air freight clearance and transfer.
- Equipment & Personnel: Forklift with licensed operator, shore crane with licensed operator and qualified support team, pier-side security (24/7 watch standers).
- Provisions & Supplies: Procurement and delivery of miscellaneous parts and supplies, food stores (produce, dairy, frozen goods, meats, dry goods).
- Transportation: Ground transportation (10-passenger vans and 5-passenger sedans with drivers).
- Coordination: Act as a single point of contact, ensuring punctuality and coordination of all services, and providing medical assistance liaison.
- Optional Services: Brow rental, boom service, and additional services as needed (e.g., extra trash/sewage pickup, guard service).
