Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award. Proof of authorized distributorship, signed by a responsible company official, must be submitted with the offer. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and maintaining records for 365 days post-delivery. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073.
