Scope of Work
This opportunity involves the replacement and upgrade of an existing fueling system. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Removing and disposing of two existing fueling pedestals and associated software.
- Installing one OPW FSC 3000 Fuel Site Controller or equivalent, compatible with existing Gasboy fuel pumps and MiFARE Tags.
- Installing two PV200 Island Card Readers or equivalent, with 48" pedestals, proximity readers, and alpha-numeric keypads for direct pump control.
- Implementing wired communication from the Fuel Site Controller to the local area network.
- Installing Phoenix SQL Lite Software or equivalent on a local computer.
- Transferring existing historical data from the current database to the new database.
- Utilizing existing wiring, network connections, fuel pumps, and MiFARE TAGS where possible.
- Testing all replaced equipment to ensure operational status and absence of errors.
- The work includes parts, labor, travel, delivery, freight, and applicable taxes. The system must be stand-alone with no annual fees or cloud-based dependencies.
