Scope of Work

The selected vendor will provide licensed access to Clarivate's Web of Science API - Expanded Basic and Derwent API: Global Patent Data. Key requirements include:

• Data delivery via API or Data Feed, accessible only to authorized users behind NASA's firewall.
• Users must be able to view, use, download, print data for individual use, and perform research/statistical analyses to produce shareable reports.
• Capability to extract, maintain, display, reproduce, and index data within internal repositories, Client Software Applications, or Approved Third Party Software.
• API access to Data Fields for research projects, including academic use and scientific endeavors, with limited ad hoc distribution of extracts.
• Data integration API use for institutional repositories on NASA-owned websites or Approved Third Party Solutions.
• Contractors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies during contract performance and adhere to additional requirements for acquiring covered AI systems or services as per OMB memo M-25-22.

• Quote Requirements: Must remain valid for 30 days and list two points of contact. Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror submitting the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from consideration.
