Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide NASA Due Diligence with data and analytical capabilities to address new requirements for evaluating "cybersecurity practices, patent analysis, employee analysis, and foreign ownership" of small businesses applying for SBIR or STTR awards, as mandated by the SBIR and STTR Extension Act of 2022.

• Clarivate will provide licensed data via API or Data Feed.

• Data must be accessible only to authorized personnel behind the customer's firewall.

• Users must be able to view, use, download, and print data for individual use.

• Users must be able to perform research and statistical analyses to produce reports for sharing with other users.

• Data can be extracted, maintained, and displayed within a Client Software Application or an Approved Third Party Software.

• Data can be reproduced, indexed, and maintained internally for search and display purposes.

• The API can be used to access Data Fields for research projects, including individual academic use, scientific endeavors, and infrequent, irregular, ad hoc distribution of limited extracts with no independent commercial value for academic collaborations.

• Data Integration API use includes extracting, maintaining, and displaying data in an institutional repository on NASA-owned websites or within an Approved Third Party Solution.
