• Vehicle Viewing: The Government may view a similar proposed vehicle at a local subcontractor's showroom or office, provided the vehicle is representative of the offered make and model, and the subcontractor is identified in the quotation.
• Delivery Lead Time: The "3-month door-to-door delivery/collection" mentioned in Exhibit I is an estimated or target timeline, not a mandatory requirement. Quoters should propose their own delivery lead time in Section IV, which will be considered during evaluation.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of two (2) mid-size hybrid sedans for the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. The vehicles should be brand name or equal to the Toyota Camry Hybrid, configured for and compliant with Singapore road use requirements.

• Vehicle Type: Mid-size passenger sedan, 5-seater.

• Powertrain: Petrol-electric hybrid system, approximately 2.5L engine capacity, e-CVT or equivalent transmission, minimum 200 hp, and minimum 19 km/L fuel efficiency.

• Safety Features: Collision mitigation system, lane departure warning/assist, adaptive cruise control, ABS, multiple airbags.

• Interior: Leather or equivalent upholstery, automatic climate control with rear vents, multi-information display, infotainment system with touchscreen, Bluetooth, USB ports, and smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatible).

• Navigation: Built-in or smartphone-based navigation supporting Singapore maps and real-time positioning.

• Steering: Factory-configured right-hand-drive (RHD).
