Scope of Work
This solicitation seeks the supply of four (4) shipsets of push knees and associated hardware, along with four (4) sets of solid rubber fenders. All items must be new, unused, and free from defects. Key requirements include "High tensile strength 6"x8" solid block squared fender Brand Name or Equal to Duramax 6"x8X DB300 Solid Rectangular 2000T". Detailed specifications, including diagrams for new solid block square fenders, bill of materials for fasteners (316 SST), and fendering (D Rubber, Schuyler, Model D 150mm H X ID. 75MM), are provided in the attached drawings. Deliverables also include documentation certifying authenticity, compliance with manufacturing standards, a comprehensive instruction manual for installation, operation, and maintenance, and a catalog for identifying replacement parts. Unique item identification (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required for items with a government unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more. The delivery location is US Naval Base Yokosuka, CFAY Port Operations Department, Yokosuka, Japan.
