• Provision of Kidney Biopsy collection materials and shipping kits.

• Extensive FISH library and immunohistochemistry services (including ER, PR, and Her2 testing with reflex capabilities).

• Flow cytometry for leukemia/lymphoma diagnosis and MRD testing.

• Expert consultation services from highly specialized pathologists.

• Courier services for specimen pickup and delivery, including STAT and short-stability specimens.

• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CLIA and CAP accreditation.

• Robust information security and data protection measures.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: Four years, with ordering periods from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030.
