This document is an amendment to the Special Notice – Industry Day, Solicitation Number 36C25926Q0353. The primary change is the modification of the format for questions and answers from a virtual format to a written question and answer process.

• The format for industry day engagement has been changed.

• Questions will now be posted through an amendment by April 14th, 2026.

• Interested vendors are encouraged to email their capabilities directly addressing in-person dialysis services provided to medical centers to Tamanica.danford-leaf@va.gov prior to the question submission deadline.

This document is an Industry Day Notice, not a solicitation announcement. Its purpose is to conduct market research and gather information from current industry providers of dialysis services for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Tulsa, OK. The services required are Intermittent Hemodialysis (IHD) and Prolonged Intermittent Renal Replacement Therapy (PIRRT). Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) are explicitly excluded.
