Purpose & Overview

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive services including:

  • Project Management: Overall coordination and oversight.
  • Interior Design: Comprehensive design services.
  • FF&E and Space Planning: Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment planning and space optimization.
  • CONOPS and Transitioning Planning: Concept of Operations development and transition strategies.
  • Acquisition Support Services: Package development, activation, delivery, relocation, installation, training, turnover, and post-occupancy support. An optional task for Warehousing and Warehousing Management Services is also included.
