Contractors are responsible for supplying their own power (e.g., generator) and coordinating water arrangements with the School Facility Manager. Critical coordination with the Havasupai Tribe is required for water/sewage usage pricing, staging areas (Long Mesa recommended), equipment rental, worker housing, and approved waste material staging/disposal. Milenda Yaibi (928.433.8130) is the designated Tribal Liaison. Adherence to prevailing wage rates (General Decision Number AZ20260012) and safety regulations is mandatory. Background investigations are required for personnel.
