Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Mowing, Trimming, and Custodial Services at various U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recreation areas for Fiscal Year 2026. The services are to be provided at Bear Creek, Canton Chute, Lock and Dam 21, John Hay, and Park N Fish Recreation Areas.

• Mowing services (bi-weekly) at Bear Creek, Canton Chute, and John Hay Recreation Areas.

• Custodial services (weekly or twice weekly, depending on location) at all listed recreation areas.

• Removal of lawn debris, litter, and trash.

• Cleaning of restrooms, picnic shelters, picnic tables, and fire rings.

• Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Use of chemical agents for weed control is strictly prohibited.

• The contract will have a base period and four (4) one-year option periods.

• Period of Performance for the base period is May 01, 2026 - April 30, 2027.

• Periods of Service for the base period are May 07, 2026 - December 03, 2026.

• Option periods extend through December 05, 2030.

• The contract will be awarded on a lump sum price basis.

• Offerors must quote on all items and entire quantities for the base period and all option periods.

• Quotes not complying with this requirement will be considered nonresponsive.

• Award will be made to the acceptable quote based on price and other factors.

• Key deadlines: Offer Due Date is April 03, 2026, at 02:00 PM.

• Technical questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by March 30, 2026, 10:00 AM.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Contractors must be current in their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database.

• Offerors are highly encouraged to make a site visit.

• Prevailing Wage Rates will apply. Wage Rate information is included as an attachment.
