This solicitation is for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment & Associated Sampling Services for the Western North Carolina VA Healthcare System (WNCVAHCS) and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and other leased properties. The contract will include a base year and four option years.

• Laboratory services must be accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) under the Environmental Microbiology Laboratory Accreditation Program (EMLAP).

• Required labor categories include Certified Industrial Hygienist, Industrial Hygienist, Risk Assessor, Mold Assessor/Remediators, and Mold Assessment Consultant.
