This solicitation is for Interior Design Consulting Services for the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS). The objective is to engage an experienced, credentialed interior design professional to ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance, and project continuity within the medical center's clinical, administrative, and public spaces.

• Interior Design Consultation: Expert guidance on all aspects of interior design, including color schemes, material selection, and finishes.

• Space Planning & CAD Documentation: Site assessments, development of space plans, layouts, and reconfigurations using AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable software.

• Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Specification: Recommendation and specification of healthcare-grade furnishings, casework, and equipment.

• Materials & Finishes: Selection of appropriate materials, finishes, flooring, and wall protection compliant with healthcare standards.

• Project Documentation: Preparation of SOWs, design narratives, technical specifications, presentations, renderings, and drawings.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all work meets ADA, NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, VA Design Guides/Manuals, and infection control standards.

• Project Coordination: Liaising with VA staff, construction teams, vendors, and contractors.

• Cost Estimating: Preparation of cost estimates and IGCE support for design-related procurements.
