Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive interior design services, including:

- Space Planning & Documentation: Site assessments, development of space plans, layouts, and reconfigurations using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- FF&E Specification: Recommendation and specification of healthcare-grade furnishings, casework, and equipment.
- Materials & Finishes: Selection of appropriate materials, finishes, flooring, and wall protection compliant with healthcare standards.
- Project Documentation: Preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), design narratives, technical specifications, presentations, renderings, and drawings.

- Project Coordination: Liaising with VA staff, construction teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Cost Estimating: Preparation of cost estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for design-related procurements. The estimated level of effort is approximately 16-20 hours per week, with surge capacity up to 40 hours per week.
