Quick Summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically Network Contract Office 22, is soliciting proposals for Lidar Scanning services at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) in Prescott, AZ. Scope of Work
The contractor will perform comprehensive Lidar scanning of all specified buildings and sites at NAVAHCS. Key deliverables include:
- Lidar Scanning: Entire interior of designated buildings (all floors, including mechanical/basements), covering every room, common areas, hallways, and non-enclosed spaces.
- 3D Point Cloud: Generation of E57 and LAS format data with a minimum resolution of +/- 4mm, suitable for hyper-realistic viewing and use in CAD/BIM.
- Geo-location: Collection of geo-location information for all scans.
- Asset & Site Scanning: Scanning and labeling of applicable assets (faucets, toilets, AC terminals) and site installations/monuments (excluding those under 1").
