Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted electronically as a single PDF file via email. Submissions must include the complete SF1449 package, the revised Pricing Schedule (as per Amendment 0001), and all required representations and certifications. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering Technical Capability, Past Performance, SDVOSB Eligibility & Compliance, and Price. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
