Special Requirements
This is a non-personal services contract. The contractor is responsible for all equipment and tools. Electronic invoicing is required via IPP.gov. Travel and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) require prior written authorization from the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
