Must be new, unused, not refurbished, compatible with CAT 308 MINI EXCAVATOR (serial CAT0030HGG802985) with CAT hydraulic quick connect. It must be capable of handling and moving a 40-foot stick of rail, feature a gearless hydraulic rotation system (sliding frame design), and include an installation kit.
- One (1) Tie Handler/Grapple: RCE Equipment Solutions TH507 or Equivalent. Must be new, unused, not refurbished, compatible with CAT 308 MINI EXCAVATOR (serial CAT0030HGG802985) with CAT hydraulic quick connect. It must feature a gearless hydraulic rotation system (sliding frame design) and include an installation kit. Both items must include all shipping/freight to Herlong, CA 96113.
Contract & Timeline

Submission Requirements
- Quotes must be submitted electronically.
- Include manufacturer/make/model/brand, literature, cut sheets, and product specification data that meets or exceeds solicitation specifications. Do not simply restate government specifications.
- Pricing must include FOB Destination and be to the nearest cent (two decimal places). Failure to comply may result in non-consideration.
- Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days from the solicitation closing date.
- Indicate any item requiring longer than 60 days ARO for delivery.
- Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov when submitting an offer and remain registered through final payment.
- Quotes not providing all required information may be considered non-conforming. Vendors are encouraged to submit quotes early and follow up.
