Scope of Work
This project involves comprehensive site alterations, including:

- Stormwater Management: Installation of new stormwater control structures, including catch basins, piping, and trench drains, to ensure proper flow and ground maintenance.
- Electrical Infrastructure: Installation of electrical conduit and wiring to support new fabric shelters.
- Pavement & Site Preparation: Preparation of areas for and installation of a new concrete access road, concrete tent pad, concrete approach around building 137, and an asphalt shoulder patch.
- Fabric Shelters: Purchase and installation of two new tensioned fabric shelters (60'x80'x28'), complete with liners, electrical equipment, interior lights, and doors. One shelter will include dehumidification equipment.
- The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, disposal, and documentation.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit:
- An Interested Vendor Form (provided as an attachment). This form collects company information (CAGE, DUNS), socio-economic status, and details on how the vendor will meet the Limitations on Subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14).
- A narrative statement of no more than three pages, detailing company capabilities, including past performance in demolition, concrete removal, storm sewer installation, and pavement installation, as well as experience managing similar tasks and specific technical skills.
