- Apple Pieces in Spiced Sauce
- Fruit Pouches (Apple, Strawberry & Carrot; Banana Pumpkin)
Key requirements encompass Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), specific packaging, labeling, packing, unitization, marking, shipping, and integrated pest management.
Contract Details
- Type: Indefinite-Quantity Contract (IQC)
- Period of Performance: Five (5) consecutive tiered delivery periods, each 365 days, starting upon award.
- Guaranteed Minimum (GM): Anticipated at $7,599,501.17.
- Terms: FOB Destination.
- Note: Estimated yearly quantities are provided, but the Government is only obligated to the guaranteed minimum.
Submission & Evaluation
- Proposals: Must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by June 12, 2026, 7:00 PM ET. Email attachments should not exceed 5MB, and individual emails should not exceed 10MB. Facsimile offers are not accepted.
- Product Demonstration Models (PDMs): Required for each offered line item and must be submitted prior to the solicitation close date.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedure. Offers must be technically acceptable to be considered.
- Eligibility: This solicitation is unrestricted to business size. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
Additional Notes
The Government reserves the right to evaluate offers and make an award without discussions. A Reverse Auction may be utilized as a pricing technique. Applicable NAICS codes are provided in the solicitation.
