- Offering a variety of fresh, healthy food and beverage options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, available 24 hours a day.
- Implementing a point-of-sale system with multiple contactless payment options.
- Ensuring daily stocking, maintenance, and removal of expired items.
- Submitting monthly reports on usage trends and popular items.
- Providing a dedicated vendor account team (account executive, business manager, operations manager).
- Vendor employees must be US citizens, undergo background checks, and wear agency-issued badges. The mini-market should cater to 30-50 people per day per shift, with an expectation of serving 180 people over the next year.
