Scope of Work

- Customer Management: Capturing and storing customer data, visit history, usage statistics, and generating reports.
- Activity & Program Registration: Creating and managing programs (classes, camps, events) with flexible pricing, real-time roster tracking, waitlist functionality, and simultaneous staff/public registrations.
- Facility & Rental Management: Centralized scheduling for reservable facilities, conflict detection, permit/documentation management, and online reservation requests.
- Integrated POS: Processing retail sales, admissions, rentals, and registrations; supporting modern POS hardware (touchscreen, scanners, EMV/NFC readers); tracking inventory; and handling sales, returns, and voids in multi-user/multi-location environments.
