• Wiring Feed: The new wiring will originate from the junction box in RM 134, connect there, and then be pulled into RM 128A, terminating at PDU 8. The wiring must be phased correctly.
• Wire Length and Size: The required raceway length is 160 ft. The wire size is 3/0.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services for the relocation of a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. This announcement serves as the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• The primary requirement is for one-time relocation services for a PDU.

• Services are to be performed at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

• The Period of Performance (PoP) is from 27 May 2026 to 15 August 2026.

• Quotes are due by 11 May 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.

• Quotes must include the aggregate total of base plus all option year CLINs.

• Vendors must complete and return the 'Required Information Sheet'.

• Quotations with pricing only, lacking service/supply details, will not be accepted.

• The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges with offerors, make no award, or cancel the solicitation.

• The Government reserves the right to determine if proposed prices are fair and reasonable.

• Quotes must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the specified receipt date.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210.

• The small business size standard is $19M.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Offerors must demonstrate full compliance with CMMC Level 1 requirements by self-certifying and recording results in the SPRS module within PIEE.

• Offerors must ensure their SAM registration is current, complete, and accurate.

• Customs duties are prohibited on eligible items; the Government will assist in obtaining duty-free entry.

• Decommission and prepare the existing PDU 28 and its stand, moving it to a designated storage cage.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
