Scope of Work

This includes providing proof sheets for FHFD approval, ensuring proper alignment, adhesion, and finish quality according to 3M manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. The scope covers a wide range of FHFD apparatuses, including Command Trucks, Engines, Aerials, ARFFs, Attack trucks, Brush Trucks, Type 3 vehicles, Tenders, and Rescue vehicles, each with specific decal dimensions. Coordination with FHFD to minimize operational disruption is required.
Contractor Qualifications
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of 50+ years of experience in the emergency services industry, employ certified Emergency Vehicle Technicians (EVTs), and operate a fully equipped facility within 5 miles of Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor must also have the ability to gain access to the Fort Hood Installation.
