This solicitation is for the rental of a venue, including parking, for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility's Apprentice Graduation Ceremony. The acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3133.

• Funds are not presently available for this contract, and the Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.

• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) certification is required prior to award and for the duration of the contract for systems processing FCI or CUI.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide a venue and associated services for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) Trades Graduation Ceremony.

• Provide an air-conditioned venue on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, capable of accommodating 1,000 people in a theater seating configuration.

• Set up and provide a stage (approx. 30' wide x 15' deep x 3' high) with a lectern and three tables, including tablecloths.

• Provide 1,000 matching chairs arranged in theater seating.

• Provide a sound system adequate for the room size, including a lectern microphone and two additional microphones.

• Set up a reception area with four tables (approx. 2' x 6' each) with tablecloths and eight chairs.

• Provide multiple water stations with adequate cups for 1,000 people and trash receptacles.

• Provide adequate parking on premises, including 15 reserved VIP stalls, and prepaid hosted parking validation.

• Manage room setup before the event, cleanup after the event, and trash disposal.

• Provide a point of contact for site visits, planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.

• Provide security, medical support, and/or a safety plan if required.

• All requirements must be met with 100% delivery and compliance.
