Amendment 0001 incorporates referenced specification 23 090 00 - Instruction and Control for HVAC, inlcudes as attachments, the Green Procurement Determination Form and Recovered Materials Estimate and Certification Form identified in the submittal schedule, changes the period of performance from 240 days to 480 days, changes clause 52.228-15-Perforrmance and Payment Bonds-Construction (Deviation 2020-O00016 from 100% to 15% of the original contract price, and extends the date for receipt of proposal from 5 May 2025 at 1600 CET to 16 may 2025 at 1600 CET. Additionally questions received from industry are posted in an excel sheet with government responses.
The work includes repairs to the arctic foundation of B4002 as indicated in the drawings and incidental related work. Contractor shall clear arctic ducts and headers of any debris within the areas that are causing more than 10% blockage of the airflow. Contractor shall provide all new dampers, actuators, motors, controllers, equipment, and all associated appurtenances as required for a complete and usable system per the drawings and specifications. Provide all material as needed and as shown in the drawings for a complete and usable facility. Contractor shall provide for an additional 10% of the number of bolts, nuts, and washers for the arctic air stacks (AAS) for bench stock to the base maintenance contractor. Contractor shall provide 10% additional dampers and actuators for bench stock to the base maintenance contractor. All bench stock materials shall be properly labeled with the project number, building number, date, and short description of function.
