Scope of Work

- Abating and replacing a mesh vibration dampener, and replacing surface-mounted reglets and counterflashing.
- Sealing annular gaps in pipe sleeves, removing/replacing spray foam, and sealing gutter lap splices and downspout connections.
- Installing heat cables at gutters and adding downspout extensions for improved drainage.
- Sealing cracks in cold joints of concrete walls with injection epoxy.
- The presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) has been identified, requiring specialized handling if disturbed.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via DoD Safe by April 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT. A DoD Safe drop-off request must be submitted by COB April 17, 2026. Proposals should be organized into three sections: Past Performance, Technical, and Price/Required Documentation.

- Technical: A management plan demonstrating capability for Electrical Equipment/Controls, Roofing/Sealing Systems, and Gutters/Downspouts.
