Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force, 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is soliciting proposals for Repair Ft. Griffin Ave (Phase 5). This project involves significant roadway construction and the installation of an advanced pedestrian crosswalk warning system. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Scope of Work

This opportunity requires the complete demolition and replacement of existing curb, gutter, and pavement along Ft. Griffin Ave, including the construction of a new concrete swale for storm drainage with traffic bollards. A key modification introduced by Amendment 0001 and SOW Addendum - 001 is the replacement of previous traffic warning signage with a comprehensive, solar-powered Pedestrian Crosswalk Warning System. The work is located behind Wing Headquarters Building (B430) on the north side of Ft. Griffin Ave, a high-traffic area.
