The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Savannah District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912HN25BA018 for Project Number, FD-108-0J and FD109-0J, Repair HVAC at Bldg. 2641- Bldg. 2642 at Fort Benning, Georgia. This Acquisition is solicited using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bid Procedures for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 ? Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors., with size standard of $19M.Type of Set-Aside-This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code identified above. Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10M-$25M. Site Visit: 16 September 2025 at 1:00 PM. Meet at in the parking lot on the southeast corner of the intersection of Edwards Street and Yeager Ave as shown on the site visit linkup attachment. Access Fort Benning via the Main Gate Visitor Center on Interstate I-185. Plan adequate time for the government to perform a background check and to issue a temporary pass.
