Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide an acquisition vehicle for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) to maintain an inventory of Ready for Issue (RFI) components for the HC-130J aircraft, supporting missions such as search and rescue, law enforcement, and marine environmental protection.

• Repair services for applicable Part Numbers (P/N) and National Stock Numbers (NSN) of HC-130J aircraft components.

• Components must be returned in an airworthy and RFI condition, suitable for installation.

• Contractor shall supply all parts, labor, and materials for repairs at a firm fixed price.

• Repairs must be performed IAW applicable technical directives or alternate standards approved by the USCG LRS Contracting Officer.

• Corrosion removal and treatment are required, following FAA Advisory Circular AC 43-4B.

• Replacement parts must be new and OEM traceable, or "serviceable" or "repaired" if new parts are unavailable, meeting technical directive requirements.

• Components must meet minimum acceptable standards of performance to define an operationally effective system.

• Repairs must conform to technical directives, specifications, and drawings.

• Components must be certified to be airworthy and ready for field-level installation.

• A Certificate of Conformance (COC) prepared IAW FAR 52.246-15 is required for each repaired component.

• Period of performance and turn-around time/delivery schedule will be provided in the order.
