• Establishing an HVAC Emergency Shut-off system in compliance with UFC 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings, Standard 18.
• Ensuring all work adheres to State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract (Invitation for Bid - IFB).
• Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14). Bidders must complete the SDVOSB Self-Performance Certification Worksheet to demonstrate compliance with FAR 52.219-14, requiring at least 25% of the contract performance (excluding materials) by the prime or similarly situated entities.
• Period of Performance: 365 calendar days, commencing 10 days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP is expected within 30 days after award.
• Place of Performance: PMEL facility, Building 981, Patrick Space Force Base, FL.
• Funding: Award is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

• Technical Specifications: Detailed requirements are provided across various divisions, including General Requirements, Concrete, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Finishes, HVAC, Electrical, and Electronic Safety and Security.
