Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0002) addresses:

• Responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).

• Provides the Site Visit Sign-in Sheet.

• General Sheet Note "G" (Drawing AD101) and General Architectural Notes #9 (Drawing A-001): Clarifies that soffit light fixtures are to be removed and reinstalled as required, similar to fascia light fixtures, to allow for proper installation of new soffit materials. This supersedes the initial instruction to leave them in place.

• Sheet Keynotes #2 and #3 (Drawing A-500) vs. Garland Basis of Design: The solicitation specifies a 6"x7" gutter and a 5"x6" downspout. The Garland Basis of Design details a 6"x6" gutter and a 3"x4" downspout. This amendment clarifies that the Garland details for gutter and downspouts will NOT be acceptable; the size specified in Sheet A-500 must be used.
