Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace the current roofing system with an Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) FORTIFIED roofing system at the Heartland District REPFAC located at 5830 Memphis Street, New Orleans, LA 70124.

• Complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system down to the decking.

• Inspection of the decking and replacement as needed.

• Replacement of flashing on all valleys, walls, and penetrations.

• Replacement of boots on plumbing and vent penetrations.

• Installation of a new IBHS/FORTIFIED roofing system compatible with the existing closed-cell foam insulation system.

• All work must comply with applicable state building codes, industry standards, and IBHS/FORTIFIED certification standards.

• All work must meet IBHS/FORTIFIED roofing standards.

• Final inspection and results to be submitted to the COR via email.

• Location: 5830 Memphis Street, New Orleans, LA 70124.

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless otherwise approved.
