Submission Requirements

Quotes must be submitted via email to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov. Submissions must include pricing, signatures, SAM UEI#, acknowledgement of amendments, active SAM.gov registration, and completed electronic representations and certifications. Offerors must describe a minimum of two (2) and no more than three (3) similar projects completed within the last five (5) years, and provide three (3) past performance references of similar scope, dollar value, and complexity from the last five (5) years. Prices must be held for 90 calendar days.

Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, representing the best value to the Government.
