Contract Details

Applicable FAR clauses include 52.225-9 Buy American-Construction Materials, 52.225-10 Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials (Alternate I), and 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. Prevailing wage rates (Davis-Bacon Act) for Brookings County, SD, apply. A bid guarantee is required for proposals over $150K, and payment/performance bonds are required for awards over $35K and $150K respectively.

Submission & Evaluation

Quotes must be submitted via email to spencer.hamilton@usda.gov.
